This is a cool application with an interactive 3D flag of the USA. It is a live interactive simulation of a 3D American flag modeled and simulated like cloth using laws of physics, so it moves and feels similar to an actual flag. You can interact and play with it in a number of ways as explained below.
When you run it, you see a flag that is waving in the wind, similar to an actual flag. To interact with it, you can:
- touch and pull the flag by touching and swiping with your fingers,
- turn the wind on and off by tapping once,
- blow soft wind from your fingers by touching twice,
- make it play the national anthem by tapping twice,
- tilt the device and watch the flag obey the gravity.
You can watch the video on iToys3D.com to have a better feel on how to use the application and what you can do with it. The finger gestures support multitouch, so you can pull the flag with some fingers while blowing wind on it with others.
With its state of the art physical cloth simulation, this app will come to the rescue whenever you feel patriotic. When the time strikes, just whip it out of your pocket and proudly show it waving in the wind. Also when you are bored, watching it wave in the wind and pulling it around can be a fun way to kill some time.
